Hi there,
I am in US on a B2- tourist visa, My fiancé is a US Citizen. We are planning to get married in India (my home country) in binging of next year. I need an advice which application procedure I should go for:
1. Adjustment of Status
-Its been 90 days since I have entered the States (Can go to the court and register the marriage)
-Cannot wait for too long for parole since I have to go back to India and prepare for my wedding - Planning it in begging of next year. heard that parole with AOS taking 6-8 months
2. Fiancé Visa (K1)
- My 6 months stamp expires in Nov. Can I stay in States till Nov while my Fiancé applies for my K1 visa ASAP (may be by August/September)
- Have a ceremony in India but not register the marriage so technically I'll still be his fiancé when I go to the interview (if that's legally right)
How long would the Fiancé visa would take me to be here in US.
Please advice which would be the best option
