  • holy crap...bernie, nicole anyone

My fiance just mailed her DS230 a week ago and today so got a letter from the consulate stating the interview date is set for mar 31st....Its good and all on how fast they got it, but we don't have some of the things they need. Such as the 134 (filled out by me) and her police cert. Anyone offer any insight?

On another note, the 134, whats a good wage to put down if youre self employed?

My fiancee (now wife) did her interview without the police certificate (it was still at the translator). They gave her a pending approval upon receipt of the police report. We were able to get them the police report later that day but could only drop it off at the security office due to the department that did interviews was only open in the morning.

I believe a fax copy of the Affadivit of support is acceptable, check with your particular embassy, (ours would not accept the I-134 and insisted on the I-864).

I would not risk missing two documents and would try to reschedule.
My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
    Conditional GreenCard has been received.

Line 22 from the last 2-3 yrs of my 1040 is what I put down and appended my entire 2008 returns (all schedules). I also had the 2008 W2 added in. Good luck at the interview.
