K1 Visa interview help

Hi, this is my first post here
I have an interview next month for my k1 application in us consulate Bangladesh. I have a query...us embassy have this instrustion in their packet4 that I cant fold a document but one of my original legal document is in A3 size which you usually cant carry until you fold it so what is the best advice to carry it ? Pls help me.. I am very worried about it.

Roll it around a card board tube. Put that tube into a larger tube.
