i was arrested for being drunk and disorderly over 21 years ago, and fined £50. Do i tick yes to the question below and how will this affect my application for K3, worried, has anyone been through this process, will i have a chance to explain my arrest, it was so minor of a arrest, question below...
''Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action? Have you ever unlawfully distributed or sold a controlled substance(drug), or been a prostitute or procurer for prostitutes?''
