Question for anyone who may be able to give sound advice,
I am here on a 90days holiday visa, on this trip my partner popped the question to me, I said yes, so I quess my questions is
if one is in the country and gets married to a USAc do I then have to leave the usa while applications are being processed??, would love advice on this before I get my hopes up, are these applications correct (1)green card (2) relative petition i-130 (3) adjusable status i-485
any advice would be welcome, thank you.
