Very Very Urgent I-864 P Poverty Guidelines
Hi
I (US Citizen) am sponsoring for my wife and my daughter and need to submit affidavit of support.
The house hold member number is 3.
According to I864 P the 125% comes to $22,887
Here are my incomes for the immediate past 3 years.
2009: 60K
2008: 21,000
2007: 34,000
So for the year 2008, I made less than tha guidelines. Will this be a problem? Or the NVC center only cares about the immediate past year. Pelase advise
