  • Signing attached sheets?

I've seen this posted here; the spaces for residence and employer information on the Biographic Information form (G-325A) are not large enough to fit everything. I've elected to attach a typed sheet with this information.

Does my fiancée have to sign the attached sheet also or is the signature on the Form G-325A sufficient.

    Thanks,
    T

Probably a good idea. However, we did not and given that my wife is here with me in the US, it must not have mattered.

Assuming the instruction for form I-129 are similar to form G-325A I had my fiancee sign and date every sheet, including any attached continuation sheets.

Ref: Instructions for Form I-129F (OMB No. 1615-0001; Expires 02/29/2012)

      Instructions

Please read these instructions carefully to properly complete this form. If you need more space to complete an answer, use a separate sheet(s) of paper. Write your name and Alien Registration Number (A #), if any, at the top of each sheet of paper and indicate the part and number of the item to which the answer refers.

      General Instructions.

Step 1. Fill Out the Form I-129.

      1. Type or print legibly in black ink.

      2. If extra space is needed to complete any item, attach a continuation sheet, indicate the item number, and date and sign each sheet.3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. State that an item is not applicable with "N/A." If the answer is none, write "none."

      Thanks,
      T
