Possible Legal Ways???

Hello All,

I am currently on H1B1 status working in the USA, state NJ. I have a pending petition for immigrant relative I-130 (ummarried over 21) pending at INS by my FATHER whish in Citizen. I am abt 30 years old and my problem is that i can't get married bcz lawyer told me that if you do so you will not be elligible for immigrant petition and seperate petition for married over21 have to file again, ops a lot more time!

Can someone tell me what are possibilies to get marry outside UAS and bringing my wife into USA while maintining my status as well? means getting LPR in minimum time.

That's right. It takes more time for married people to come to US on green card.
