Our case I129F fiancee visa transfered to Phoenix Arizona for another Processing

Dear Sir/Madam

Hi I would like to ask about our case of my fiance living in United States
and I'm living in thePhilippines...
He filed a K1 fiance Visa for me last November 09,2009 and then they sent him a notice Case Receipt number it says " Your current status" Case received and Pending" and then the next day,,we checked our case status it says on " Initial Review" until we waited in 5 months of this month of April 09,2010 but on April 13 2010,my fiance received another notice sent by USCIS,,saying" They transfered our case I129F fiancee visa to Phoenix Arizona,location for another Processing,,,I'm wondering why they transfered to Phoenix since we filed the application in California
Service Center....

Also my fiance tried to call the number on the notice given by USCIS,,but seems doesn't work that number,,I hope you can help soon about my confusion about why they transfered our case to phoenix and I hope you can give me another contact number of USCIS to talk with someone..
