    Hello All members..

I am from Pakistan .. my fiance is USA citizen and lives and works there. we met at matrimonial website last year 2018 in canada when i went to visit my sister family.in NOV we started to chat .. in january 2019 he came to canada for meet up and in Feb 2019 we got engaged in presence of his parents and my sister family...Then in March i was back to Pakistan. after returning my Fiance file K1 visa petition and approved in mid of june 2019..now my case transferred to pakistan embassy ... Now i have to appear for interview at embassy..

Iam worry about what they will ask in interview?

    I have some queries

    01) my fiance is USA citizen but origin from India and I am from Pakistan but same religion and 6 years age gape he is older . is there any issue?

    02) in 2017 i visited USA on visit visa and stayed for 5 and half months then i was back to Pakistan... after one year i renewed my passport so thought that my visa was invalid so applied for visitor visa again in 2018 but second time they rejected my visa( i dont know why but they asked me that why i stayed for 5 and half months in USA and i did do there?)... so that time i had have Canada visit visa so i went to Canada after one month. when i reached after 10 days we met online and we got engaged as i mentioned above..

    03) we met two times in Canada ... one time first meetup 2nd time on engagement...then when i was returned to Pakistan since we keep in touch till now.

now please please help after reading above story , is there any problem getting visa... As we both are divorced
    ...

    Thanks in advance..

    I am waiting

If some one from Pakistan or other country who passed his or her K1 visa interview please read and suggest and share your experiences...

The age gap isn’t a problem.

Your visa was canceled because you could not prove you didn’t violate the conditions of your visa.

Since the I129-F petition was approved that means you were not banned for violating your visa.

If your divorces were disclosed when you filed the I129-F and you supplied copies of the divorce decrees you are fine. If you didn’t disclose the divorces then you are in need of an immigration lawyer.

Based on what you wrote, I expect your visa to be approved.

      thank you for reply...

by grace of God my visa approved..

but facing tragedy once again...i was about to travel to USA but our government suspended flight all operations means closed airport .. now USA government did halt immigration for 60 days.
i have question, are K-1 visa holders are allowed to travel to USA? means that halt in executive order is not for K-1 fiance visa holders?

      please reply.... very worried.
