Hello, i work at a church that is not pro gay marriage,i want to know what happen if i aply for a K visa, will my church be notified i intend to marry another man? What about health inssurance, once married they will notified human resources team at church about me beeing married? I thank you in advance all your answers

It is possible but unlikely USCIS will notify your employer that you have filed a petition for your fiancé. This would only happen if USCIS wanted to verify your employment. Similarly the department of state could ask your employer. And CBP ay the point of entry could call your employer up.

However for each step in the process your employer must provide a letter indicating when you joined your employer, your job title, and compensation. So when you file your I129-F to start the process you need this letter. Then when he files for the K-1 visa, a new letter must be provided. And then when he is in the USA and married to you, another letter.

Your employer will ask what the letter is for. If this were large employer where this process is automated, no one is going to notice. For a small operation like a church, the truth is coming out.

As for health insurance, the employer pays more insurance and/or deducts more from your paycheck when you add a spouse to your health insurance. I imagine the gender of your spouse will become known.

Mike, just a clarification: the I-129F petition for the fiance visa doesn't require a letter of employment. So, the first step of the process with the I-129F won't alert his church unless the USCIS decides to give them a call to verify. All other things I agree with you on. The church is bound to find out especially when Bruno starts the Affidavit of Support in later stages. Unless he wants to use a joint sponsor...

It all comes down to what OP wants to optimize for.
