Hi everyone i hope you’re doing good.
My case is little bit complicated and i’ll try my best to explain and i hope anyone can help with answers.
i came in United states with fiancé visa, my husband was citizen of United States, after 1 month in nyc we got married.
we were in relationship for 4 years and half.
We applied for greencard after 9 months married my husband had heart attack and he passed away, i had a very tough time in my life and i have to deal with my greencard
From December 2018 my case was ready for interview and then in august 16 2019 they have sent me a letter that my interview will be at September 26 so after waiting this long finally i had my interview
the officer was asking me a lot question about my husband and how he died which was to much for me, anyway i had enough proofs that our marriage was real, we lived together and we has our bills in both names, she told me that my medical exams has expired which it didn’t make sense because when I received that confirmation what i need for my greencard interview it says there: must bring medical exams ( unless already submitted), so if it was not submitted I would send them again
then she said i needed to provide my financial support and my lawyer told me since my husband passed away that is not required and he gaved me a bunch of letter where it says is not required in my situation.
so now its almost 3 months since my greencard interview and i have not received anything and when I check my status its still saying your interview is scheduled which since august 16.
what you guys suggest me to do?
