Well I just wanted to share my personal experiance with my K3 Visa.
I was married to my wife November 26 2009;
On December 22 USCIS recieved my K3 Visa and I-130 concurrently (I wrote a letter for the USCIS officer to just make a copy of the I-797)
Recieved the notice of Action for both on December 29th 2009;
Just recently I got a RFE they wanted new G-325A's and 2 additional passport pictures for the both of us. I dont know why they requested that, but my lawyer said I should give them what they ask for. He also stated " its not uncommon for USCIS to ask you for things you may have already gave them, they probally lost them"
This was on April 22 2010, I filed the packet my self with no lawyer help. I only had a friend for guidence, it was pretty simple to do if you have attention to detail. I am expecting to have her approval next month. He told me the faster I respond to the RFE the faster I will get the approval notice.
I will update more, but filing the both concurrently worked for me~!
This site alone has been a huge help!
