K1 Visa-Older Female/Younger Male Approval Odds?

Hi All,

I am a 32 year old female and my fiancé is a younger male (21 years old). I will be the US petitioner. He is from Denmark and currently living in Greece, where he will also be attending the K1 interview. Has anyone been in a similar situation that has been approved? Are our chances pretty good if we can prove bona fide relationship? We have already met twice (third trip already planned) and have both families’ support, but still looking for any tips/advice from anyone who has already been through the process. Thanks so much!

Yes, it's been done before. I personally didn't have this issue, but I know dozens of others who did. Some had approvals. Some had denials. It all had to do with the credibility of your case and bona fide evidence. Don't skip on putting a strong case together. You have one shot at this.

K-1 between a female USC and a Dane who is 50% younger than the former is more likely to be approved than a K-1 between a female USC and a say a Nigerian. Do not stop at the third meeting after filing the I-129F. The more often you meet, the fewer objections.
