    Form FS-240?

    I am a US Citizen by Naturalization, applying I-130 form for my hubby. They are asking for Form FS-240 report of birth abroad. How do I get this form? Is there any request form/template available to apply for this form? This is soo stressful. Why does all this have to be so complicated, ugh!

    Any help would be highly appreciated!

    fs 240 Can be obtained from the department of State but I thought FS-240 was for people who are born to US citizens while out of the country?
    My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
    Conditional GreenCard has been received.

      So I don't need that form to apply for my spouse? I was born in Pakistan hence have pakistani birth certificate. What do I send them?
