Can I fill DS-156 form for my fiance?

Hi everyone, my fiance doesn't know how to read English. So can I download DS-156 form on internet and fill it for her? Then I indicated in the section who helps to fill and what relationship of the one helped her to fill this form is fiance.
Anyone have any idea please let me know. Thanks.
