i have a work permit of itlay living in itlay i want to mary with my cousin which have a green card holder in usa . Would we marry in itlay and which kind of visa we apply answer me with details

K- VISAs are for Spouses/Fiancees of Citizens.

If your husband is a green card holder then he may apply for Adjustment of Status for you (I-485).
