form DS-156/156K

Hi,

US Consulate will send form DS-156/156K to my fiance or I have to download from internet. Can I download these forms from internet and fill out for my fiance and send them back to her without use the ones from US consulate if they send them in packages? Thanks.

hi,
the same forms on interenet will be sent from the consulate. So if u need to help ur fiance, u can fill them and send them to him to sign and submit to the consulate.
normally he need also to fill the DS-230 part I and DS-230 part II. u can help him on that also.
DS-157 is needed for man btween 16 and 45 yrs old to submit with DS-156.
