I had a previous marriage in usa that ended up terribly wrong, we only stayed 6 months together and I left to my country, a year after that I met my american fiance online and she came to visit me, we fell in love and decided to get married, I divorced my ex , and she applied for a fiance visa for me, I got an interview with the consul in the us embassy in my country, he had me to wait until he interviewed all the other applicants and then started asking me about my previous marriage he sounded suspicious about a fraud , so after the interview he asked me to send him 2 written statements one about how I met my fiance and our relation and the other about my previous marriage and how it ended in details , he wanted me to send them along with my passports and he said we will probably call u for a follow up interview ... what does that mean ? would he stamp a ban on my passport ?? I need some answers plz thanks

I am going to be an optimist and say that they might have kept the passport to possibly put a VISA stamp in it. From your story it sounds like the interviewer had not yet made up their mind.
My fiacee (now wife) was missing her police certificate and they kept her passport with instructions to bring the police certificate (with translation). Her situation was a different as they told her they will probably approve. that is what happened to us, I hope it gives you a little insight into what is happening with your situation. My Fiancee arrived here on a K-1 VISA.
Conditional GreenCard has been received.
