Fiance Visa Denied Sent back to USCIS

Just an update: My fiance interview was on 5/19/10 they interview him for 3 hours with over about a 100 questions, never looked at any of our proof only a few photos and told him he would not be getting a visa today and was given a 221g letter which gave a reason than the application does not comply with the provisions of the immigration & nationality act or regulations issued to pursuant thereto and they will return my case to USCIS and to contact them regarding the case and that it may take several weeks for my case to reach USCIS, if it's more that a month since the date i received this letter and USCIS cannot verify the status of my case I should contact the consulate office in Morocco via email to determaine the location of my file.
