    Do we have to fill out parent details if they are no longer alive? Thanks for your help in advance!

    Short answer, Yes.

    In the space in box "City and Country of Residence" - write in "Deceased"

    This is what I did in our petition.

      That is Correct. just write "deceased". FYI, always remember to fill out the application completely.
