  • Asking for Help if Anyone Knows When Applying for 2nd time on Fiance Visa

Hello Everyone.. I am new here and this site was highly recommended.. I'll try to make a long story short.. My fiance (from Morocco) was given a 221(g) with no further explanation other than "visa NOT denied", sent for further review.. In the meantime, USCIS, CASA and NVC all said "visa NOT denied" sent for further review.. At the end of March, I received a letter from UCSIS (in California) that the visa was previously approved, but could not be reaffirmed due to EXPIRATION and it was being denied (due to EXPIRATION) and I was free to reapply for a K1 Fiance Visa, as long as all conditions were met (fees, meeting in person, etc.).. I did this and included everything and anything I have. I placed everthing into a 3" / 3-ring binder that weighed close to 6 pounds with information, new forms, more pictures, visits, letters from family, friends and letter from me explaining relationship, possible red flags; also copies of letters from USCIS, CASA, NVC and my Senator.. In the I-129F application, question #11 it states if you have applied before, please give explanation, I included a letter stating why I was reapplying and asking our application be approved again..That is briefly what I included, there is more.. Okay, that is the short of it.. My questions are this..

#1 - How successful are the papers in getting approved at the USCIS and NVC (and how long can this take)?
#2 - How successful are 2nd interviews with the new Petition?

I have read good and bad both way.. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so would anyone be so kind as to be able to offer me any hope?

I have made a timeline regarding the K1 that i submitted. If nothing is hidden ie. arrests, warrants; everything should go over pretty smooth. The only thing against you and everyone else who applies for K1 is how long it'll take. Don't sweat, it normally takes a while and not the two week rumor that everyone thinks. Hope it helps.

Can't really answer you on the second questions my friend. Sorry man.

From what Im understanding, was your NOA2 approved and was it going to the Embassy? Or was the interview complete and thats when the visa to be issued? The NOA2 expiration was to be extended by the Embassy or Consulate. You should had called before it had expired. Im sorry for what is happening. If you want or need more info, I can give you another site and there are alot more folks there that have the same experiences. I wish I could help you more. Good luck and God speed.
