My fiance came to USA on an approved I-129F from Thailand on 1/22/10, we were married on 1/26/10. We filed the I-485, I-765 and I-131 3/26/10. Had Biometrics done 5/3/10. We were waiting for the I-131 to be issued but she had to return to Thailand (yes I know she was not suppose to leave US,but with the problems going on over there---) She left US on 5/31/10. Today (6/4/10) I received e-mail from USCIS that her I-131 & I-765 (should receive card on I-765 within 30 days) was issued on 6/3/10 and was mailed out to me. Question is can I Fedex her I-131 to her so she can return to US? Also her passport said the expiration date was good untill the middle of June.
