I have a pending form 485 with USCIS I filed last September. For some reason I didn't notice the requirement for form 765 if my k1 fiancee wanted to work. Do I file the 765 now separately and include the fee ? https://snaptube.cam/https://9apps.cam/ Or is it still considered concurrent and I don't need to pay the fee. Also, there is a biometrics fee for both but I've already paid and completed that for the 485... Any help is appreciated thanks

There is no fee. Your fiance files I-765 with a copy of the I-485 receipt.

If you're category (c)(9), then there's no filing fee after sending your i-485 with marriage after a fiance visa.--Good luck--
