K1 Visa...Re-Apply?

Good morning .... I had a K1 Visa, but I returned to Philippines after a month only without getting married to my fiance for a reason.

Is there still a chance for me if my fiance had re-filed the petition? Will it take long the same as the first petition?

What will be the reason for "denial" if the petition is re-filed? Is there a possibility for denial? On what ground? Will I take another medical exams .. the same as before during processing?

You can apply again and will have to do all the procedures all over again.

Whether it may be denied or not really depends upon why exactly you didn't get married the first time.
