Forgot to file 765 with 485... Do I need to pay fee??

I have a pending form 485 with USCIS I filed last September. https://snaptube.cam/https://9apps.cam/ For some reason I didn't notice the requirement for form 765 if my k1 fiancee wanted to work. Do I file the 765 now separately and include the fee ? Or is it still considered concurrent and I don't need to pay the fee. Also, there is a biometrics fee for both but I've already paid and completed that for the 485... Any help is appreciated thanks
