can my foriegn wife still come to USA after we filed for I 130?

I met and married( in the USA) my chileian wife. She had a tourist visa prior to our wedding. we have filed for and been granted an I 130 visa, now waiting on interview. Can she still travel here to see me?

If Visa is still valid, your Chilean wife may travel to the USA. However, it is up to the USCIS agent upon arrival in USA to determine if your wife will be permitted to enter the country at that time. I was married and my wife came to visit, with a return ticket to her home country. She stated she was here to visit her husband and presented copy of I-130 receipt upon request. USCIS agent gave here a 90 day stamp in her passport (Visa waiver scheme). She has since returned to home country awaiting visa processing. My wife showed she had a reason to return to her home country.
