1. if your dad has just started filing for you about a month ago and his papers has just came through. how long will it take for that person to come to the states? the persons is 2o yrs old.
2. if you are being filed for and you cancel and get married after wards. what are the consequences and what are the remedies to the outcome?
3. can a j1 visa holder get married so as to attain citizenship? what are the time frames in which to do so?
4. what are the consequences of overstaying on your j1 visa then attempt to get marry so as to get your stay in the USA.
