DS 156-questions

I need help from you people...

I wanna fill DS 156 for fiance visa and I dont know what I should answer in 26.question (How long I intend stay in US), 32. (Do I intend work and study in US)?

There is DS-156 any more.
Only DS-160. Check immihelp site for guidelines.

in the example fill out, i believe it says indefinite. Thats what i put because i don't plan on my fiance marrying me and then leaving back to her home country for a couple of years. If you are going to marry the person, then assumingly they will be staying with you forever. As to work/study, i just put study. I think if you put work down its a lot more paper work in the future. Besides most fiances that come from another country usually want to take up ESL classes first before continuing on to the work place.

The question about work can be answered
yes with work authorization (not sure exactly how the question is worded but you get the idea)

These forms are for many visas, some of which are work visas. You can let them know you intend to work but that you also understand that you must have authorization from DHS before you do.
