  • Form I-130 Question

I am a US Citizen and just got married to an Indian citizen. I am getting ready to file I-130. I have the Hindu marriage certificate. What other documents can I use to prove the relationship? We don't have common property, lease or bank accounts. We have a common credit card. Will that count? Can I use receipts of trips we took together after marriage? Thanks in advance for any help!

Pictures with Pujari and fire shown very clearly in as many angles and people present as possible.

Common credit card is good. I used that. But is the card actually in her name and if so, make sure get a nice scan of the front and back (with her signature clear)

    Good luck.

Oh, forgot to add, include your wedding invitation card, affidavits from folks who can speak to your relationship, as well as pics, visa stamps, etc from the trips you took (in our case, we traveled extensively in Europe and all that was documented as well).
