Does my letter of intent and my fiance's letter of intent need to be notarized. i would like to know so we both don't miss anything and delay this process.

Letter of Intent

The letter of intent does not have to be notarized. It only has to be signed and dated.

One letter of intent for your Fiancee, signed and dated by your fiancee.
One letter of intent for you (sponser), signed and dated by you.
