My fiance arrived on April 13th, on the K-1 Visa. We were just married on June 11th
and he is in the process of completing all his documentation to submit, for his adjustment of status. My question is that as his 90 days is about the expire for his arrival on the K-1 Visa and we DID get married on June 11th, but I am not sure if we should mail the marriage license someplace to verify that we DID get married.
I was concerned that since he hasn't submitted his documentation for AOS that immigration would think that we weren't married and try to deport him or something. I know I might be worried over nothing - we can verify that we were, indeed, married on June 11th, but after getting married, we were preparing to honeymoon, buy our house, etc. that he is behind on submitting his AOS.
Can anyone provide me with some reassurance that all is good?
