K1 visa enquiry
Hello, I'm new in this forum n I hope i find some answers for my questions.
I'm Tunisian and my girlfriend is a double nationality Tunisian/American. . We know each other nearly 1.5 year n we're intending to marry soon but we are wondering which type of visa to apply for; k1 fiancé visa or spouse visa .. so if anyone can tell me which is better n tell me about the process. .
