My fiance got her K-1 Visa, and we plan to go back to Oregon to get married next month. Since I am currently working in Beijing, China, I tried to apply for a job but heared nothing at all. I think after we get married, I need to go back to China to countinue work, that means we need to be separated for while. Do you think this will affect her to receive the conditional permaent residency?

For the conditional residence card, you don't have to mail in any evidence with the application proving your marriage, except the marriage certificate. You will have to sponsor her on the affidavit of support I-864 with details of your job. It will be hard to prove you live in the US, if you work in China. You can get a co-sponsor, but they will still see your details.
Many K1 applicants get the card without an interview. BUT if you do go for an interview, you will have to show evidence of living together as man and wife. That would be things like having a joint lease or deed on a house, bills in both names, bank accounts together, joint credit cards or cell phones, car insurance in both names, her listed on your work insurance or beneficiary to your pension (if you have that). If she is in the US living with her relatives, it will be difficult to prove it is a real marriage and wasn't just a way to get her to the US on her own. To me it seems like the best way to find a job in the US is to stay in the US and search. Not many people would bother trying to hire a guy living in China when they have so many applicants in their town who can easily come for an interview or two or three.
