Rejected K1 application!

I am newbie here I wanna help my friend regarding her visa rejection...She got rejected 'cos on her I-134 her fiance did not sign on it 'cos of some reasons. Instead his step mom sign it..

What are the next step after the visa rejection?

Well the 134 states it must clearly be signed by the petitioner.
They can appeal for it to have a new 134 and re signed or they will have t re apply al over again with a new form . They should have been told on their letter what to do and given instructions.

heres what I did although contacting my congressman verious other government officials ext visa denied at the embassy well couldent get past it a letter comes and you will reapply now I know there was some kinda appeal you could file in there but if you dont figure out what it is there not going to tell you sooooo after you reapply that is reapply after you get a letter from uscis then you will recieve an intent to deny this is because imbra gonna get you international marrage brokers act of 2005 you filled more than one visa case within 2 years doesent matter it was the same person you will be givin the oppertunity to rebut the intent to deny you will give arguments on why the first denile was unjust to you which will put you in the place where I am now good luck as I said there might be some kinda waiver or appeal you can file but I couldent get the info hope things work out may god bless oyu
