K1 visa application - Changing beneficiary contact information after receiving I-797

After 8 months of waiting, I finally received I-797 today.
But my fiance has changed her phone number and also moved into a new apartment.
How can I change her information so we make sure she receives the package?

call up the NVC and let them know there's a change. They should be able to help.
