hi everyone!
The letter from the NVC is lost!!! We don't know what do? What we just have is the receipt number but not the case number.

Please I really need some help and answers ...

If the NVC letter is lost and you don't have your case number then all you should have to do is email NVC or call them on the hotline and give them your receipt number they will be able to find your case from that.

Don t worry, just send e mail to NVC and they ll give you everything..
