Will I get RFE for 2nd submission after initial 2 year notice of acceptance of i-129f

I am U.S. citizen re-applying for a new K1 Fiance visa from a previous k1 fiance failed marriage and I have wrote/ submitted to USCIS immigration to no longer be a sponsor as I understand the soon to be ex wife has canceled her AOS interview that was set for 11-12-2020.




Once the divorce is final (January of February 2021), I plan on visiting new fiancé to be, now currently girlfriend, respectively in April 2021. This will be 5 months of us being together as of April 19, 2021. The original 2 year acceptance from previous fiancé visa expires January 14, 2021. Besides providing official divorce decree, will I need to also provide a psychological evaluation for submitting/ being accepted for I-129f K1 Fiancé Visa again per 5 months time of new fiancé via/ her and I being together? Both soon to be former wife and new wife to be are from Philippines.
