K1 Visa Petition Expiry question
Hello everyone,
This is my first submission here, as me and my US petitioner are having a question and we can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
I (the Beneficiary), got a letter from the US consulate in Montreal around end of Feb 2020 for the packet 3 instructions. However due to the Covid-19 situation, i wasn't able to get many documents until now, and the consulate itself put a halt of K1 visa processing until September. When we checked the emails from the US consulate in Montreal, we never found any expiry date or deadlines. And when we check the online status, it says "READY" with the last update being last November 2020. So we are wondering if we can go ahead and continue with the process or is there any expiry dates and where to find them
