K1 Petition 2020

Hi all,

My fiancé (US) and I (UK) sent in my K1 petition around 18th November 2020... I’ve been reading online that we should have got a receipt from USCIS within a month or so of sending it, but haven’t received anything.
Was wondering if anyone else applying for K1 during Covid found the same thing?
We’ve tried calling them but my fiancé can’t get past the automated voices!
Any advice would be great, as we can’t email because we don’t have a receipt number.
