I'm nearly finished with a 10 year alimony schedule. It hurt me deeply. The i864 has such potential for abuse. To avoid a i864 nightmare can a prenup be written in the event of separation or divorce and not yet a US citizen, to require the beneficiary to leave the US and return green card? There would be a fixed compensation in the prenup and the potential lifelong payments. I explained this to my love foreign interest and she agrees.

I don't think so. An agreement you make with your spouse cannot eliminate your obligations under the I-864 to the US government in case your spouse does not leave the US. And you cannot go to court to force someone to leave the US or take away their green card, as only the US government can do that.
