Re K1 visa interview
I am scheduled for my interview 17th August here in Sydney Australia.
I have sent all my documents in but with my appointment letter they have requested my Termination of Marriage(original ) 134 form and evidence.
I have sent them an email to ask why as they have my original divorce decree + a copy and they have the 134 my fiance filled in that was sent to USCIS.
We do have to supply the evidence I know as he did not do this with USCIS and they did not ask.
I have a letter from his work stating employment so thats ok, should we include with the bank statements his retirement fund statement as well. The form says to include bank amounts deposited in last year, date it opened and present balance.
I suppose the more that we can give the better yes? I have to take these in with me at interview.
