Do I have to send photos, letters, phone bills and all evidence of relationship with each application I-130, I-129f and g-325a separately, in other words do I need copies of each for each application or just with the I-130 and they follow the rest

Um how many forms are you sending in a 130 or a 129f?
Yes you need to send photos approx 5 is needed and dated and written on the back of what and where they were taken. Depending on where your fiance? is from am not sure but we did not need phone bills and such. We went through vermont office and we only sent in photos, a letter of how we met signed by my fiance and 2 affadavits from people that knew us and about our pending marriage, copy of wedding invitation and my fiance's id that he was a US citizen: eg: birth cert, drivers license. If you have any plane ticket stubs left from any visits is also a good idea. Use as much info as you can without over doing it.
The 325 is just a biography of you and your fiance.
You only need to send in proof with 129 or your 130.

Hello there.. I also have question with this matter.

My fiance only include photo copies of his passport that shows he came here in the PHils many time since he actually doing a work check at one of the department of my company, we met at work, we are introduced by our common friends, so we have known each other so long.

And when he answered the portion of how we knew each other, he said that he met me at the office where he had business with. that we've known each other for 2 years and been in a relationship over a year.

Do you think since we already received a uscis case number, we already got over that part to send in more evidence, or do you think we can send a follow docs like pics and emails to the uscis or we should wait for the office letter.

Is a letter from his family would help cause they knew me very well. His mother thinks if she can write a letter to the office regarding my fiance's application since they really want me to be there.

If you have received your receipt number from USCIS then you wont have to send anything more in unless they send you a letter requesting more evidence and if your fiance has just got your recepit number then you have a few months to wait till it is approved. If they want more information they will write to you and ask. If you do have to send in more evidence then yes a letter from his mother is great saying how long she has known you and date and sign it. Called an affadavit from people that know you and of your relationship with fiance.
I say again don't send anything else in unless you receive a letter asking for more evidence ok. Good luck
