verious interview questions
Hello everybody I am please to anouce fro the second time we won our petition even after that nasty intent to deny! I have a few sticky questions in regaurds to the interview remember this is where it went bad last time
1 in regaurds to the I-160 this replaces which documents and I file this electronically how and after she recieves interview preperation letter or before or it does not matter?
2 I need to submit an I-134 affidavid of support and and I-864 or just I-134 or what?
3 how long should it take for my fiancee to recieve here interview preperation letter as per last time I ended up calling she never did recieve
4 and this might not get answered is ok since this is our second time through (same girl same guy no funny stuff just the love) will there be any special instructions I should expect as my uscis case status is already all the way to decision past interview thought I was good and confused the first time thanks so much fran
