My Gir Friend Who Is A US Citizen, Is Coming to India On This Month,Aug 31,and We Are Getting Married By Sep 4th,So After That We Would Like to go Back to US Together. So what Kind Of Visa I Should Apply and What Are The Procedure.Also What Are The Rules to Get Married to An US Citizen In India?

If she is coming to you and marrying you in India I think you will find that she will then have to apply for a 130 relative petition as you will then be her spouse. You will not be able to return with her till after your petition is approved in the USA, or am not sure you may be able to go back with her on different visa and wait in USA for your petition to be approved. You need to contact your local embassy or consulate ASAP.

Your US citezen spouse will need to file some papers on your behave starting with the I-130. Tell your spouse to take a look at what needs to be done and bring any paperwork that you might need to sign yourself.

I did a different process as I married my wife in the USA. The process takes some time. It took 9 months for my wife (then fiancee) but I understand the wait time is shorter now (but still months).
