My Fiancé was born in Mexico brought to the US 26 years ago when she was a baby. Her mom file a I 130 form for her about 20 years ago. My fiancé wasn’t aware of any of this until now; She just now got copies of all the paper work her mom file for her 20 some years ago. All the fees lawyer charges for this I 130 form were paid at the time. Is there something that can be done for my Fiancé now using the same paper work?
