I-693 Confused
Ok I am still really confused about this vaccination thing.
All my medical records are with US consulate here in Sydney and on my letter for interview they told me to get the DS-3025( I was not given this after my medical) and to keep with me and my sealed visa package.
Q: I do not understand what vaccinations everyone is talking about that we have to have. My personal doctor sent a letter to consulatel doctors here when I had medical for K1. The only shot he gave me was for swine flu (was the only one I needed) as I have had shots and are up to date such as triple antigen and polio and tetnus. have had all of them growing up here in Australia.
And can someone tell me what this DS-3025 look like as I have just basic 2 papers that doctors sent me called Immunisatiom History Statement.
The only thing on it is influenza and the date it was given. and date it is due again .
Has my name, date of birth, and Immunisation status: Up to date.
the 2nd peice of paper is Immunisation Certificate (for primary schools)
Vaccine/ Influenza. Drs Name and date administered
I am worried they have not given me the right document.
My interview is next week so if someone can help I would be very grateful.

It's ok I rang the doctor and asked about the DS-3025 and what it should look like and guess what I did have the wrong one, I had a gut feeling this was not what I was supposed to have so they are sending out the proper one today , lucky I am on the ball lol
