Can an I-130 be sent to the US before I am actually present in the US? We are currently in Japan until march. She goes to filipines and I go back to US. It would save us a few months waiting for the embassy appt. Would they look at the G-325 and question why we sent it while in japan before I got to the states? Anyone know?
