hi good after noon .my question is im on a k3 visa im about to file for my residence but im confuse w a quetions on part 2 who should apply for adjustment of status . i dont know witch one to mark a or b . for and immigrat petittion giving me immediately visa number or my spouse of parent applied for adjustment of status or i was granted permanent residence on immigrant visa category. please help.
