I've searched but didnt find anything. I have seen repeatedly that Manilla embassy is still using the old 156, 157 forms for application. My fiances cousin is at that stage now and when they called Manilla, they were told no packet will be mailed to her and that it is all online now.
When I go to their website, there is a DS-160 info page and the powerpoint program says that as of May 24, 2010, all VISA applications will be utilizing the new online DS-160.
So am I wrong about the old forms? I'd assume the Manilla website is correct?
Who has the answers or from anyone who has applied since May 24, 2010 please chime in. TY.
